Q.

I am 6 weeks pregnant and my doctor suggested internal scanning.The report showing no fetal pole and no beart beat .does it mrant miscarriage?

A. If your dates are correct then by six weeks, there should be a fetal pole and a yolk sac and also a fetal heart. For the benefit of doubt, please repeat the skin after 7 to 10 days because sometimes you might have taken the scan a bit early. Write Your Answer Here
