i am 6 month pregnant..which type of exercise i can do ?

A. You Start doing yoga there a different set of exercises for prenatal yoga so if you require you can hire an expert or you can join a yoga class where they teach pregnant women to go for exercise is so yoga would be the best form of exercise as of now and try to do at least thousand to 1500 steps in totality in a day
