Q.
I am 6 month old daughter mother but my breast milk is not sufficient.I am giving formula milk to my baby .But can I drink lactation granules now to increase milk?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi yes , ofcourse ..you can take such supplements i would suggest to take galact powder or laptadine tablets twice in a day. both consist of ayurvedic ingredients so its safe to use.
