Q.

I am 5 weeks pregnant and i get some bleeding when i consult my doctor she suggest me to take ultrasound and the scan report reveals that foetus is not having foetal pole at.plaese tell me is there any complications.

A. Fetal pole means the baby. Usually by six weeks there should be a fetal pole and also a fetal heart and it is advisable that you repeat the scan after two weeks at least
