Q.
I am 4weeks pregnant and i am sometimes noticed spotting brownish red but not frequent, does doing kitchen chores for too long is safe? how should I deal with it?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. please get ultrasound. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentIn such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion

take a good care of yourself
possible then take plenty of rest and bed rest
careful as you are bending getting up
