hello, I am nearly 8 weeks pregnant. 5 days before, even today I noticed slight brownish spotting in panty lining, and feeling mild cramps in right side lower back. does it a sign of miscarriage?

A. it is not a good indication but still need to quick meet to ur gynecologist to that she ll give you proper medication we your body need to.. and u take proper bed rest ... put a pillow under ur legs so that it legs lift up from ur body
