i am 4 months breastfeeding postpartum mother. I am suffering with breast pain onleft side of left breast. it also happens in 2 months . but it's gone by doing hot water massage. it repeated now. what is the reason for this.

it should be result of engorgement
so to avoid it, please offer small and frequent feeds to your child or you may use breastpump through it, express milk and store it
then you can offer it as per your child needs
