Q.

i am 36 years old. just delivered my second baby through c sec 5 months back. my first delivery was also c sec. i have put on weight around 9 kgs. also diagnosed fatty liver grade 1 few days back. I want to start some yoga now. like kapalbhati..kindly guide..can i satrt it now?

A. Hi mom it is advised to start with the exercise after six months of delivery. By this time stitches get healed internally and externally. Then u can start with yoga. surya namaskar aasan will help to shed extra kilos from the body.
