I am 34yrs old and since three day I'm have tight Ness in right side of my chest and right hand is also painful to and my right back to pain.can you plz let me know how to get rid of this

A. tight right chest any pain .. severe pain.. reach the doctor immediately.. warm compress may help you.. gently massage will help to treat the help.. take care..
