Q.

I am 3 yrs old daughter mummy from last 5 to 6 month I am experiencing a lighter periods, kindly suggest why it is happening and treatment too.Thank you in advance

A. Sometimes due to hormonal imbalance or due to overstress, It may cause periods to come early so nothing to worry about and you can just wait and follow Healthy lifestyle Several factors — such as diet, exercise, birth control pills, and health conditions — can cause a light period. If in case this happens regularly For 2 months or more then you should consult with your doctor for examination and medication

A. yes I test for sugar and thyroid but all are normal.Vitamin suppliments are taking.kindly suggest ayurvedic medicines
