i am 3 month pregnant from 4days iam not getting motion pls help

A. stay hydrated. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. prefer fresh fruit and vegetables over spicy and oily food. have lukewarm water. walk for half an hour daily
