i am 2 months pregnant and spotting from 2 days dr.adviced me to abort the baby should i abort rhe baby or go for other medical tests i m attaching the image of my usg

According to the scan the fetal heart hasn’t come yet.
But just to rule out wrong dates you can wait for 7-10 days repeat the scan and if the heart is still not there you can go ahead as your doctor said
