I am 19 weeks pregnant I have veginal pain is it normal or what?

That’s too early to have vaginal pain I would suggest you to get a check with your doctor because it’s an early pregnancy only so the doctor will tell you sometime vaginal pain could be due to an infection also so better to check with your doctor regarding this
