i am 18 weeks pregnant and on scaning SCH and low lying placenta grade 1 observed. what are the things to be take care of?

See maybe a doctor me advice for a little bit of bedrest initially but if every thing goes well then you can go ahead with your regular resume and routine but in this case you may be advised not to exert or you know over exert yourself by doing too many household chores and every thing so that is something that you need to take care of
