i am 12 weeks pregnant ..feels very thirsty all day long .. i am having 105 ..sugar fasting .. is it normal?? is there any way to treat this naturally ..??

A. hi you have gestational diabetes. so you have to take necessary supplements which are prescribed by your gynecologist. limit your sugar and salt intake. keep your self well hydrated.
