I already consult the doctor he suggested fiver and cold syrup but I forgot to ask doctor to use both syrups at a time is it any problem please tell me sir

A. for fever it will be always paracetamol and for running nose you can give 0.5 ml from the medicine you are having if it is drops and 2 ML from the medicine if it is in syrup formulation
