how would I know my breast milk is sufficient for my one month old boy???

A. hello you can check on the baby urine count and if it is minimum 6 times to 8 times it is an indication that the babies getting sufficient milk and also check on baby growth and baby gaining a minimum of 600 to 800 gram per month is also a good indication and if the breast milk is not sufficient you can alternatively give infant formula milk using a bpa free bottle lke babyhug
