how will I know that my baby is satisfied and is getting enough nutrients from my breast feed??

A. good afternoon if you are taking a healthy balanced diet you can be rest assured that the child would be getting sufficient nutrition from the milk I would recommend you try to ensure that you are feeding your baby at regular intervals
