A. if you want to lose weight you have to do moderate exercises like brisk walking or yoga you have to take diet less in fats and carbohydrates lot of green leafy vegetables adequate water to drink

A. Hello dear parent! Maintain a good personal hygiene. Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day. Good luck and take care.
