and do breast massage or compression during feedings.
Breastfeed often—every 1.5 to 2 hours during the day .

mam,it is common problem one can face during breastfeeding journey.
so you can take hot shower or warm water bath for this.
it will provide relief.
wear loose fitting Cotton clothes
keep your body well hydrated
express milk through hands or breastpump
I would suggest you to use Babyhug brand breastpump as it is easy to use.
