Lot of times due to sweat and also dirt getting accumulated and sweat getting accumulated and getting dried out it can turn black like this so if you are willing to use a home remedy you can apply a mix of white milk and raw bread and white milk slutty on that area leave it for 5 to 10 minutes and then wipe it gently do it every day it is going to go
