A. Dear it's due to less sleep .so sleep 8 to 10 hours per day ,take healthy diet and plenty of liquids and water. I was also facing same issue I follow these tips along with this applying potato juice as well as mamaearth bye bye dark circle cream too it's doesnot have harmful chemicals so helps me a lot in reducing dark circles as well as puffiness too..u can try it dear
