How to take care of belly button of baby girl,sometimes there is a small discharge coming from belly button... is this because of any infection with umbilical cord?

A. just wipe n no trauma.See when baby has any new complain then better avoid any self medication. Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.
