Regular medication are going to be in order for sure you should give cold sponging to reduce down the temperature if it is on the higher side give a bath to the child with neem boiled water and apply mixture of Kapoor and coconut oil so that the child does not face itching and also will help in reducing down the marks if your child gets any after itching or area
