In a home freezer (at minus 18 degrees C or lower), for up to six months.
In a fridge (at four degrees C or colder), for up to five days.tc

Store in refrigerator in air tight containers
Use pump to express your milk then store milk
For 3-4 days
Give adequate feeding
Use natural bottle from Philips Avent that can be used for both breast and bottle feeding
