ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello father their could be possibly be fever that as usual needs to treated with medication. Be in touch with the doctor that that would be helpful as well , also keep the Child well hydrated with various fluid sources as well .
Foods should be soft and mild on spices .
Also their would be itching on the body , avoid to scratch and keep neem leaves around the child and keep him isolated as well .
If giving bath use neem water that’s neem leaves boiled in water and strain it and make it warm water with adding usual water as well .
You can apply coconut oil on body if required
