Have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources
don't skip breakfast and have good water intake
at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily.
AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It is not recommended to do any crash diet to loose wait suddenly. Please avoid outside food items and eat home cooked meals only. Also avoid maida food items and oily food items. Try to do walk daily for atleast 30 minutes. You can also do yoga under a professional yoga teacher. Drink Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea which is good for weight loss. Thanks and take care
