Becausfe of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

start doing exercises and yoga regularly
avoid using vehicles for short distance.
walk , Walk and walk.
avoid taking junk food.
take food items like sprouts , salad , fruits etc more
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
