That’s normal with everybody because we eat so much when you are feeding the child so you know obviously the weight increases the tummy doesn’t go anywhere so once you are completely or physically fit when you are stitches Ee specially during normal delivery you can go ahead with exercising after three months of delivery but if it a C-section in after eight months of delivery will go and get any exercise to lose downloadedWrite Your Answer Here
