how to protect our kids form heat stroke ..?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl8 months agoA. hi its very important to keep them hydrated if kids are of age 1+ year then give soup , buttermilk ,coconut water , fresh fruits juice ,nimbupani etc dress them in loose fitting light colored cotton clothes
