Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. hi what do you mean by excessive growth ? you mean to say over weight? if yes ,then ,first give homemade healthy diet to your child instead of giving outside food. give sprouts ,ragi , oats which are low in fat . Encourage your child to do more physical activities. as a child is 4+ age ,you can practice yoga or exercises also.
