Hello mom The food can be cut into different shapes and forms and pieces so that the child can be encouraged to pick up and eat also try to have meals together so that the child tends to observe and try to imitate as well, cut juicy fruits etc and give it with a fork or any other foods with the spoon and if you have kids around at times they learn through them a lot and sooner .
