how to make/ give carrot puree to my 7 month old baby , is carrot have fibres ? which form is good puree/ juice, how to make puree it juice to baby.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. dear to make carrot puree after washing and peeling the carrot cut into small pieces and then steam it or pressure cook with minimum water to make soft. and then make a puree in grinder
always give puree do not give juices . juice has more of water reduces the nutrition
