can we give spinach and carrot puree to my 7 month old baby

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, yes, you can give carrot purée and spinach purée to your baby. Consistency of purée should be like that of ghee.
Also, Add ghee to it to enhance the nutritional value of food.
