How to make a 1 yr old eat variety of food with interest when all he wants to play and not eat anything and only drink cow milk all day??

A. Hi mom. Give natural appetiser like coconut water, jeera water, curd with mint, ajwain water etc to increase the appetite of ur baby. Give finger food as self feeding encourages eating. Give food in colourful and attractive plates. Make eating fun.
