for Healthy skin,here I suggest some tips which I also do for my child :
1.offer fresh fruits more.
2.keep your child well hydrated.
3.avoid unnecessary usage of cosmetics.
4.prefer natural ways like you can use paste of gram flour+milk cream +water instead of soap while bathing your child or you can use it as scrub twice in a week.
5.if possible give massage with warm coconut oil.
6.dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
7.provide early morning sunbath for 20 minutes a day which is good for vitamin D formation.
8.you can practice yoga or exercises daily
it will also help.
9.make sure your child takes enough sleep.
