during the teething phase kids show various signs like soarness and itching in the gums, swollen and hardened gums, low grade rise in body temperature, loose motions and loss of appetite..keep checking for the signs

there are some common symptoms like red , swollen ,itchy gums, low apetite , irritability, mouthing etc we can notice in child while teething.
