how to know that breast milk is enough for baby while feeding,my baby is 7weeks old and she didn't gained weight much ,how to make her gain weight please suggest

A. didn't gain weight baby gradually will.. ideal weight gain around 500-800 g per month double birth Weight at 4-6 months three times the birth Weight at completing one year.. exclusively Breast feed recommended for six months you can start with vitamin drops
