ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom you have to keep this in mind that a preterm baby will gain weight on a slow pace . As that is normal to expect it from them. If the baby is taking your feed alone then you have to be take a good healthy food before the baby feed time . That will ensure good quality milk .
