NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello you can take lactare tablet or galact granules which can help to increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and Fenugreek which increases the milk secretion and as an alternative you can g8ve infant formula milk stage 1 using q bpa free bottle like Babyhug
