how to increase newborn haemoglobin? my babies HB is 9.8. is it ok?

A. Red meat, pork and poultry. Seafood. Beans. Dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach. Dried fruit, such as raisins and apricots. Iron-fortified cereals, breads and pastas. Peas. iron-fortified bread and breakfast cereal. nuts and seeds. dried fruit. wholemeal pasta and bread. legumes — such as mixed beans, baked beans, lentils and chickpeas. dark leafy green vegetables — such as spinach, silver beet and broccoli.
