Try Having fenugreek capsule to increase your lactation you can have it for a month or so if it helps you increasing your lactation then you can continue for 3 to 6 months also I would advise you that you should have about 4 to 5 L of water on an every day basis that’s going to be good with fibre and protein rich diet
