Q.

How to increase my 8 month old baby weight she is 7.6 kg...I m giving her banana,chikoo,khichdi with carrots and apple sooji kheer ....I want to introduce many other foods but afraid of allergy n choking...what should I do....

A. you can introduce new food, preffer day time to introduce, follow 3 days wait rules. You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin. Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats. Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana puree or pulp
