Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. You can give eggs. If you are a non vegetarian, then you can give meat, chicken and fish.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Give 3 meals a day and up to half katori every time.
Continue to breastfeed.
