How to increase milk supply because my daughter is on BM and FM from her birth ?

A. Hi, Have satavar stick or powder in milk early in the morning to increase your milk supply naturally. I personally used this and breastfed my son till 3 year. Also add nuts in your diet. Have more proteins and calcium rich diet. Eat healthy and nutritious food.
