try to create interest by explaining as well as demonstrating what you want the czhild to know
you can take help of play school syllabus which will help you out telling you that which is required to create interest
last thing is that if the child is having nutritional deficiency then also concentration level will not improve so kindly meet your doctor to know more about it. z
