how to increase breast milk supply, please suggest veg food items which will help to increase supply

sprouted fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds or fennel seeds water, drumsticks soup , nuts , dry fruits, veggies like spinach, bottleguard,sweetpotatoes etc are best.
along with that ,I advise to give more and more breastfeeds to your child
because the more your child take feeds , the more milk is produced naturally.
