how to increase baby's weight as he is too thin..... birth time weight-3.4kg and now -3.7kg

A. baby gain 500 to 800 g per month after birth should double the birth wt at 6 mnths and three times the birth wt at completing one yr.. exclusively breast feed recommended for 6 months
