Sarika guptaMom of 2 children1 month agoA. mam you can take Shatavari powder with milk or water twice a day to increase breast milk supply. also feed the baby more often which also helps in increasing breast milk. massage your breasts properly before feeding the baby. please consume turmeric milk.
