how to give chicken and mutton to one yr old baby

Mutton is not advisable under the age of 2 1/2 years but chicken you can give any format that you would want to give to the child I think shredded would be the best as it would be easier for the child to accept and consume soup would be a good option or any other food that your child eats with that you can give him a curry or rice
